Patric Antonio Bradley

Patric Bradley has a resume of achievements include winning over 30 national and international hair and makeup competitions in conjunction with an innumerable amount of awards in “beauty education,” hairstyling and makeup application.  As displayed in several consumer magazines, he is recognized as one of the top 10 artists in the country.  Patric added yet another notch to his “wall of fame” after competitively winning the honor of top stylist at the 2003 Bronner Brothers International Trade Show.  In 2007 Patric started his own styling team, Team Hollywood.  To top that off, in February 2008 he launched P Element, his product line.  Patric is definitely the “bicoastal brotha” working tirelessly at two salons, one located in Texas and the other in Virginia.  He also teaches makeup and hairstyling seminars throughout the United States.

Learn weaving with a "Tailored Touch" !  What is happening on the inside of your weave affect the outside.  Master Weave artist Kim Connell will share her secrets to flawless weaves from the inside out!

Kim Connell has been the owner of Salon Obsessions: The Weave Institute located in Silver Spring, MD. As a custom tailor for over twenty years—eight of those years as a devoted Master tailor at the high-end retailer, Nordstrom—Kim incorporated her love of sewing into the SEWING of hair. Kim is gifted at translating traditional tailoring techniques into the art of weave and wig making.  She infuses high quality craftsmanship into even the simplest of designs.  Kim conducts weave and wig-making classes at cosmetology schools in Maryland (American Beauty Academy, Aspen Beauty Academy), Washington, DC (The Bennett Institute), Richmond Va.(Beauty Superstars Symposium) as well as in her own salon. She enjoys teaching weave and custom-wig creations from the foundation (various cornrow methods to make the weave smooth and undetectable) to closure methods (plug closure and her newly developed tornado closure) all with her unique “Tailored Touch.” Her goal is teach from a tailor’s point of view and bestow her knowledge to the up and coming weave artists in the industry.

She was born and raised in Baltimore Maryland where she the pioneer of natural hair care affectionately known as the “Loc Mama”. For she has taught and empowered several women to open there own salons. She is the National Golden scissors award winner for natural hair care stylist of the year in years 2002, 2003, and 2004. Malaika’s is the founder of the Baltimore Natural Hair Care Holistic Beauty and Wearable Art tradeshow and expose as well as Baltimore Happy Nappy day event coordinator. Her ongoing involvement in International educational sessions, as well as fashion shows, and editorial hairstyling keeps her an in-demand stylist and instructor.

The Bronner Brothers Beauty Show, Atlanta - The Proud Lady Beauty Show in Chicago, Illinois, to name a few. He is a selected member of the five-man US Black Trophy Styling Team. They have won competitions in Paris, France, Shanghai, China, & Milan, Italy. Dave holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from LehmanCollege (CUNY) Bronx New York.  He has mastered his craft attaining a PhD in Clinical Trichology.  Dave is a Board Certified Master Colorist/Former Regional Training Director for Mizani/L'Oreal USA traveling throughout the USA facilitating seminars on their behalf. He also runs a successful Professional Salon & Spa along with a Training Facility in New York.
